External Participant * For daily entry by staying outside the symposium hotel. First of all, please select your registration type, after then you can choose your external participation for daily participation from the online system accommodation part. 1250.00 TRY (45 Euro)

All participants who are going to participate in the symposium (presenting papers, posters and educational material, participating in the panel or participating as listeners) must pay the registration fee.

1-The paid participation fees can not be refunded.    

2-It is compulsory for each participant to pay for participating in the symposium. A participant can submit up to three papers. However, for the third paper extra fee must be paid. Extra fee is going to be half of the symposium participation fee.          

3-USOS 2023 is organized by the CTEA and CTEA is not responsible to meet the any expenses of the any faculty members in the Symposium Boards.

4-Participation fee includes participation to scientific programs, symposium bag, symposium program, symposium abstract book and attendance document (Registration card, etc).      

5-During the payment process, it is mandatory to statet he “name of the participant” and “USOS 2023 Registration Fee” in the payment document.
